Scope of work: This contract includes the cost of manpower and spareparts. We provide also advisory input for any renovation works which included upgrading of 3 nos lifts, all wireropes for 6 lifts were replaced by us, 1 no. 600TR chilller, 3 water tanks were refurbished by us. This building is used on a 24/7 basis.

2 - TUNAS UTAMA belonging to UDA HOLDINGS BERHAD

Area : 26162 sq ft
Scope of work: Most of the aircooled package unit airconditioners were replaced by us, 2 lifts were maintained by us, we had upgraded the toilet WC cistern flushing to flushometers due to the heavyusage by students. The premises is used as ATC College and it operates until 11pm.

3 - WISMA DARUL IMAN belonging to KERAJAAN NEGERI TERENGGANU

Period: 1986 till now (22 years)
Area : 660000 sq ft
Scope of work: This is the State Secretariat Building and the Podium housed the Dewan Undangan Negeri and a 1000 pax auditorium with AV equipments. We had been the operator of the building since the building started operation. All contracts for cleaning, security, M&E systems and the Canteen were between the State Government and subcontractors but they were managed by us on behalf of the State Government.

4 - DAYABUMI belonging to PETRONAS

Period: 1984 to 2002 (18 years)
Area : 1200000 sq ft
Scope of work: This contract includes the cost of manpower and spareparts. It has 29 lifts and escalators, 3 nos 1000TR chillers, BAS system and CCTV. We provide also advisory input for any renovation works which included upgrading of the firefighting system and BAS, the chillers were overhauled by us.

5 - CITY PARKING belonging to UDA HOLDINGS BERHAD

Period: 1990 till 2008 (18 years)
Area : 80000 sq ft
Scope of work: Our entrepreneur run the carparking system on a profit-sharing basis with UDA using our Modular System.
6 - JAKIM belonging to KERAJAAN MALAYSIA

Area : 360000 sq ft
Scope of work: This contract includes the cost of manpower, spareparts and utility bills security guards services and cleaning. There were 6 lifts, I nos 1500 pax auditorium with AV equipments. The contract includes the maintenance of landscaping which had won an award.

7 - INFOKRAF belonging to KERAJAAN MALAYSIA

Period: 1986 to 1998 (12 years)
Area : 25400 sq ft
Scope of work: This contract includes the cost of manpower, spareparts and utility bills. This preserved historical building was used as a showroom and regularly frequented by VVIPs.

9 - FAJARIA belonging to Individual Owners

Scope of work: This is a condominium which is run by an entrepreneur based on our Modular System. The cost is financed totally by service charges collected from the owners by our condopartment managers. The condopartment manager lives in one of the unit so that he is available 24/7 basis and he is assisted by family members. All parts and manpower costs, cleaning, security guards services, common area electricity and water bills are inclusive.

10 - SINAR KOTA belonging to UDA HOLDINGS BERHAD

Scope of work: This building used to house the Metrojaya. The scope includes all M&E and C&S operation and maintenance inclusive of parts and manpower.
