Scope of work: This is a condominium which is run by an entrepreneur based on our Modular System. The cost is financed totally by service charges collected from the owners by our condopartment managers. The condopartment manager lives in one of the unit so that he is available 24/7 basis and he is assisted by family members. All parts and manpower costs, cleaning, security guards services, common area electricity and water bills  are inclusive.

    

 

 


16 -   MASJID PUTRA belonging to KERAJAAN MALAYSIA

Period: 2000 to 2005 (5 years)

Area : 360000 sq ft

 

Scope of work: This contract includes the cost of manpower, spareparts. The contract includes security, cleaning, landscaping, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural and Architectural Systems. The mosque were managed by selected staff and modular operators due to the religious significant. This building is frequented by VVIPs and tourists. It has BAS system and an auditorium and dining hall for 600 pax.               .

Type of contract: Comprehensive M&E Management Contract

Period: 1997 to 2000 and 2004 to 2005 (5 years)

Area : 73000 sq ft

 

Scope of work: The building is an office premises occupied by the Yayasan Islam Terengganu. Contract is for operation and maintenance of M&E only inclusive of all parts and manpower costs. 

       


18 -   MENARA MPAJ belonging to MAJLIS PERBANDARAN AMPANG JAYA

Type of contract: Comprehensive M&E Management Contract With A Ceiling of RM3k for spareparts

Period: 1997 till now

Scope of work: This building is occupied by the MPAJ and there were 4 lifts and an auditorium for 400 pax. Contract is for operation and maintenance of M&E only inclusive of all parts ( limited to a ceiling of RM 3000 per item) and manpower costs.
